Refund policy
RETURN, REFUND AND EXCHANGE
Webeings offers returns, refunds and/or exchanges if the item is faulty or in the case of manufacturing defects.
Our return and exchange policy is valid for 14 days from the day your item arrives. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase has arrived, We can no longer offer you a refund, or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange please read the following instructions:
Email us at sales@shopwebeings.com and explain your issue please include a photo of the faulty item and your confirmation number. We will get back to you in a period no longer than 72 hours regarding the issue.
Once you have received confirmation, the item(s) can be posted back to us. All returned items must be unused with all its tags still attached, in the original packaging and packing slip invoice included.
Once we have received your returned item it will be checked once accepted you will receive an email confirmation.
Returned items are eligible for a full refund or exchange, please specify what option you would like to proceed with.
Any returned items that are damaged, soiled or not in original condition may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges for the refunded item.

WEBEINGS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY IMPORT DUTY OR CUSTOMS COLLECTION CHARGED AT THE DESTINATION COUNTRY.
