GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship all orders from Bali, Indonesia.
Once we receive your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
We will process all online orders within 3 business days. Once your order is complete and has been shipped, you will receive the tracking information via email.

On weekends, public and religious holidays, we cannot guarantee the same time period of processing orders. 

All orders placed on the weekend or a public holiday will be processed on the following business day.

Time frame for shipping will depend on the country and method of shipping chosen.

All time-frames given for shipping are a guideline, we are not responsible for this, as once we ship your order is in the hands of the shipping company and beyond our. 

If you have any issues with shipping, please report to the designated shipping company with your complaints. 

 


CUSTOMS & DUTIES

We are not responsible for any import duties, customs and local sales taxes you may incur by importing goods into your country of origin.

We advise you to look into your local import duties, customs and local sales tax as an additional payment may be due from customs to release your goods.
